An older version (that has some cheating options) is archived here and Dmitriy Sukhomlynov has created a clone with similar options that I recommend. Minesweeper X is a small program (about 60KB), and quite fast as well, even when playing on large board sizes!. Create your own skins in an easily editable bitmap and play Minesweeper with them.
